We offer a varied choice of hotels in the overseas market. The choice of hotel is your decision. You are advised to make your choice diligently after going through all information provided/available on the site of the particular hotel chosen. Hotel bookings made through us, in your name are sometimes, not immediately reflected on the hotel file, since some hotels request that we wait to submit the guest names until a few days prior to check-in. You are therefore advised to check your hotel bookings on the net, a couple of days in advance, before you take the journey. |
Jagsons is not responsible if the product offered/hotel chosen is not up to the mark or does not satisfy the customer. Any and all complaints as to the hotel booked, are to be submitted to the concerned hotel and are entertained and dealt with by them as per their own policy. |
Cancellation of hotel bookings is accepted only upon the advise of the hotelier. For hotel cancellations, the Cancellation Policy of the concerned hotel will be applicable and Jagsons does not accept the responsibility on this count. We help you to facilitate the cancellation request. Refunds, as and when credited to our account by the concerned hotel, would be in turn credited to your account.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS : |
Obtaining passports and visas shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger, who hereby undertakes not to hold Jagsons liable under any circumstances whatsoever, for visas not applied for, refused and/or delayed documents and/or entries to/from the countries visited, for the sole responsibility to grant the travel documents rests and vests with the authorities concerned. Without prejudice to the above preceding clause, an express notice is given to all concerned by Jagsons that they shall only assist passengers in securing and obtaining the necessary travel documents to the best of their ability as a helping gesture for its customers. |
