Your e-ticket confirmation and e-ticket number are to be submitted at the airport counter, along-with your photo identity (e.g. your passport, driving license, etc.) to enable the airline representative to issue to you, your boarding pass.
AMENDMENT :
All bookings once confirmed by you are not amendable. Transfer from one tour/service to another will be treated as cancellation and the relevant cancellation charges will apply and a fresh booking will have to be made.
UNUSED SERVICES :
No refunds will be made for partially utilized/unutilized services on your part and no claims, will be entertained by us on this ground.
